Poetry and Arts Collective

Come join Clarksville’s creative minds in a collective for personal improvement and creative outlets to explore. All are welcome, including painters, writers, poets, comedic artists, and anyone else looking to improve their craft!

We are looking to provide new challenges and goals for artists in the area by creating a space to share ideas, work towards common objectives, showcase individual works, collaborate between mediums, and appreciate the art that is inspirational to you with the community that knows it best. We will be occasionally hosting poetry readings and offering opportunities to get your works published (on a small-scale) with other members of the collective. All we need is to grow as an artistic community!

Tickets are available for specialized tutoring by James Lawson Moore, local published poet and author of literary essays. They are only $15 and include a drip coffee on the house! If you want to participate in the collective, you do NOT need to buy a ticket, but if you would like to take advantage of James’ expertise, you may do so below with the ticket link.

Community Forum with Lakeshore Wilderness Retreat

Come on out and meet the owners in person and get to know the team behind Lakeshore Wilderness Retreats. Molly and Nick understand there are a lot of community questions about this project and reached out to see if Rooted would be willing to be the venue for them to host a forum and answer some of these questions.

We are more than happy to provide the venue for respectful public discourse as we believe more communication and community involvement is best for ALL.
